Work at The REALM

Here at The REALM, we believe that academic success can only be achieved if the whole child is taken into consideration when setting goals, developing a plan, and guiding students towards growth and understanding. We are looking for bright, quirky, passionate, outside-the-box-thinking individuals who inspire students to explore learning and ask questions!

We need K- 8th grade teachers who are/can:

        • Early literacy masters- We want teachers who can inspire students with the great works of authors that currently exist and have students express their ideas through brave, diverse opportunities.
        • Radical Musicians– We are looking for a person who can teach piano, guitar, sing, or develop a rock band for kids. We have students who perform at all levels of ability (k-8th grade).

Prior to creating a fully customized plan, tutors will meet with the students to assess their current skill level. Tutors will record progress for each session and will communicate weekly with parents to share achievements, struggles and goals.
